What I liked most was the service and the location; it was in a very good spot with great parking. The only downside was that I couldn’t find a place to have breakfast before 12 pm because the café opened later, and there was no other bar nearby. Still, you can’t ask for much more at that price.

The location and tranquility were excellent, as were the view and the kitchen. The cleanliness was mediocre, and the bathroom was missing a window.

The toilet and shower were absolutely insufficient and low quality, the only one on the floor was ruined, and in the kitchen there was one bad pan. There were no cleaning supplies for dishes or for washing hands at the toilet. It’s the worst accommodation I’ve had in three years, even for a trip to Santiago.

There was no shared space and only two chairs in the kitchen for 16 people. The place was dirty and was not cleaned. Staff availability was random—no set times. The kitchen was not great and was right next to the dorm, so all the noise travelled.
