Beautiful castle with rooms that are tastefully decorated. There are hardly any common areas – just the room, so you’re either in the room or outside in the garden.

The location is amazing, the staff were very friendly and patiently waited for our delayed arrival. The Chateau itself is beautiful, as is the surrounding park. The rooms were clean and in great condition. Breakfast was lovely and served in the building next door. Overall a short but sweet stay. If you arrive on a Sunday, be aware that finding an open bar or restaurant nearby will be difficult and supermarkets close mid‑day. Our stay would have been even better with something like an “honesty bar” in the common area for refreshments, a glass of wine, etc.

Perfect location and charm. The welcome was very warm. More variety at breakfast would be nice (a few more options besides cheeses and cured meats).

I woke up to a generous breakfast, the setting was peaceful and lovely, and the library was stunning—full of hidden gems we could explore. The lounge felt like a palace, offering coffee or tea whenever we wanted. The beautiful park was perfect for a stroll, and over the weekend it felt like a romantic, regal escape.
