The staff were very enthusiastic, and she helped me out. She took me to a 7‑Eleven to buy sandals. The breakfast was decent, fairly complete but not as good as other hotels. The first time I stayed at a hotel with such shortages, I still found a toothbrush, toothpaste, face towel, and sandals missing. The rest of the room was comfortable.

The breakfast at this hotel was a joke. It was like they were trying to be funny, but it just fell flat. We only went once and never went back.

Our room on the fourth floor with a view of the Mekong was amazing. We paid extra for it because the rooms on the ground floor were a bit dark and faced the street. The room itself was great - clean, cozy beds, and everything we needed. However, the breakfast was pretty basic, and what really bothered us was all the plastic waste - even the bananas were wrapped in plastic! The cutlery and plates were also made of paper. It's just not sustainable and needs to change.

The views from my room were truly stunning, but unfortunately, that was where the positives ended. There were no bathrobes in the room, and I was surprised to find that there was no tea or coffee making facility either. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, with boiled eggs and cold chicken sausages being the only options, served in a self-serve setting that felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Overall, I wouldn't go back, especially considering the price.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right on the river with a beautiful view. I also loved the modern design of the rooms and the fact that the hotel was new. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that there was no kettle in the room, which would have been a nice touch.
