“Would not recommend this so called hotel to anyone.”
The location was fine, but breakfast was awful. We sat next to a busy noisy road outside a small tobacconist café. There was only one type of croissant and on one morning no croissants at all, so we only had coffee. This was not what we expected and certainly not as advertised. The bathroom was shabby and didn’t look like the one advertised. No toiletries were provided and the space was extremely cramped, with a sliding glass door that offered no privacy. Road noise at night and early morning deliveries and road cleaning kept us awake. Overall we were very disappointed with the place. Throughout our stay we never saw any staff except on the first night when we arrived and were handed our keys.
The spot is great because it's just a short walk from the Vatican, and there are plenty of nearby services; the building itself feels modern, well-equipped, and comfortable. However, a few things could use improvement: the bathroom mirror is positioned too high, the bedside lamp lacks lighting, and the external unit of the heat pump is quite noisy.
The location was good, but the room was nothing like the photos – it looked worn, tired, and far from luxurious. I asked for a refund right after checking in because it didn't match the description, and I was promised one, yet I haven't received anything or any follow‑up. The room was in bad condition, with strange plastic coverings on the floors throughout the building, making the place feel abandoned or unfinished. It was a strange and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
“ci ritornerò”
The central area is very close to everything.
“Do not stay here.”
I couldn't get to the place easily, and when I arrived my room and another apartment had been broken into with items stolen; the hosts didn't help at all.
