The breakfast was terrible, and tea was served in a plastic bag. Nothing was good.

I arrived on the check‑in day after paying the advance, but the property refused my check‑in and demanded more money; it was a bad experience because I was with my family, and after speaking with Fab Hotel customer care they moved me to another hotel. A lot of time was wasted, and it was a really bad experience even after paying the advance.

When I checked in, the reception denied my room confirmation and I had to pay extra over the tariff confirmed to me through my booking; even after paying the extra, breakfast was denied to me. Overall a bad experience. The staff attitude, management, and room cleanliness were also poor.

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly, and it was safe for women, but my room was filled with cigarette smoke even though we do not smoke; it was coming from outside the room.
