We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. The guest house was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and so comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. The ladies were so lovely and welcoming and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. They made us feel so at home and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We loved every minute and will 100% be staying with them again when we come back to Rome. Bellissimo! ❤️🇮🇹. I have nothing bad to say it was perfect!

The place is well located, with a mini‑market and a restaurant right across the street. However, the listing never mentioned that the room was part of a shared apartment, and both the room and common areas were cramped and cluttered, especially the terrace. We didn’t receive a key for the building entrance, so we had to ring the bell around midnight and wait for someone to open. Other guests also rang repeatedly at 2–3 a.m., sometimes for 15 minutes, which made it hard to sleep. The elevator, right next to our room, was extremely noisy. The host made considerable noise throughout the apartment from about 6 a.m., slamming doors and moving things around. My main concern was food safety: food was left outside all day at roughly 40 °C and then served again the next morning, so we didn’t want to eat it. At the end of the stay, we were also charged an additional €24.

It’s a three‑room apartment, each with its own bathroom, and breakfast is served on a large winter‑garden terrace. The décor everywhere is lovingly crafted, and the breakfast is very good by Italian standards. The breakfast lady is very friendly. Overall, a special place. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small, and the two adjoining rooms are very noisy. The room advertised as a king‑size bed with an extra charge isn’t really larger. Unfortunately, no one speaks English there. The contact lady Andrea has poor problem‑management skills, and the hospitality is different. (I’m from the hotel industry myself.)

Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful décor and good location. I wish there were someone physically present at check‑in.
