A bit noisy from the street.
The location was great, but the room faced the street and the tram traffic could be heard.

“Good location but too noisy for us.”
The location let us reach Milan Central by metro quickly and then Linate Airport also by metro. It is close to the yellow and blue line stops. The room was nicely decorated, with a comfortable mattress and pillows and had very good air‑conditioning. Reception closed at 2.00 pm, so we had to self‑check‑in. This required two separate keypads and a lockbox. The instructions were sent as a video and text, but the message didn’t show the location of the first gate from the street. The first keypad is on the gate reveal, so I missed it and walked past; in short, the entrance isn’t obvious. We met only one staff member at checkout while paying city tax. He was pleasant, but there was very little staff interaction. This isn’t a hotel, as I understand a hotel to be; it’s a collection of rooms in different buildings with a reception in a separate building. Our biggest problem was the noise. Even on the first floor, every metro train below the street can be heard arriving and departing. There are also trams, cars, and human speech from the street, all clearly audible, making it hard to sleep.
“Sentirsi a casa”
The place was clean and offered good value, yet the soundproofing left something to wish for.
