“My experience too bad never go again”
I was disappointed that breakfast was only included on the first three days and not on the last; the room never got cleaned during my 4‑night stay, and towels were only handed out on the first and last day. The dustbin was overflowing and never emptied, and the photo on the website was clearly outdated.
“Poor experience that one should avoid”
The location is convenient, atleast for myself as my related work was at walking distance. The room was on ground floor so not have to take stair again and again. 1- Staff was not cooperative, I requested early check in spoke with staff 2 days before arrival and when I arrived, he was looking at me as I came from no where 2 - noise from water pump machine that runs full day has annoying sound reaching to your room 3- No towel, toiletries nothing was available or provided 4 - stained bed sheets 5 - AC was ON without cooling 6- Water was only provided on request 7 - Breakfast mentioned in booking was not provided
The location was great, and there were no issues.
The bed was comfortable, but the washroom left something to be desired.
Everything was fine.
