The hotel's prime location, excellent food, and comfortable rooms made for a wonderful stay. However, communication was a challenge due to the limited English proficiency of some staff members, and obtaining an official invoice for a potential claim was a frustrating experience.

The hotel's exceptional breakfast and beautiful king rooms were highlights of our stay, but the Club Lounge experience fell short of expectations due to limited offerings and unhelpful staff.
