The room was spotless and the amenities met my expectations, but when I arrived the front desk said there was no reservation under my name even though I had booked online; I ended up paying directly at the hotel, and later received an email that they were charging my card for a no‑show, so I paid twice for the same room on the same dates. I’m very unhappy with that.

I liked the location and the pool, yet the lady who checked us in was extremely rude, made me feel racially discriminated against, and gave us many unfriendly, mean looks; she was not accommodating at all, so I will never stay at this hotel again.

No regular coffee was in our room, only decaf. The food at The Boss connected restaurant was not great; my cordon bleu was cold in the middle. The waitress cooked another one for me, but I was already turned off. The drinks were very good.

The customer service was terrible. The hotel was overbooked and my friends were put into a smoking room even though they had booked a non‑smoking room. The staff said they couldn’t do anything about it.
