The staff were 🔥 caring, polite, and ready to help with everything. The pool was warm and available around the clock. The restaurant food and wine were good. We were pleasantly surprised when the owners drove us to park locations for free—such a cool service. Everything else was fine.

I stayed at a well‑maintained hotel with tastefully furnished rooms during the off‑season and was handed a complimentary upgrade. The breakfast was excellent and the heated pool was a treat. Service was incredibly attentive and friendly; the owner himself carried our luggage to the car and handed us water bottles for the drive. It was a fantastic way to finish our trip to Georgia!

The staff were very good, friendly, and helpful—thanks! The location is good, the interior is clean and looks nice, and there’s a private parking spot nearby. Dinner that evening was perfect; the grilled fish was amazing! The black magnetinc beach and promenade are only a 3‑5 minute walk from the hotel. On the downside, there were no signs from the main street, making it hard to find the last meters on the ground road, which is in very bad condition. The rooms lack good isolation—you can hear the corridor and neighboring room. The balcony railings are very low, posing a danger, and the linoleum floor becomes slippery when wet.

The hotel’s restaurant offers the best price‑to‑quality ratio in Ureki, and this was my second visit—after that I never go anywhere else. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served on site, and the beach access is direct, no detours needed. The only downside is the sheer number of dogs on the beach, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in a large room with a balcony, and it was so quiet that we slept in great shape. The food was the highlight—high‑quality, fresh, and tasty. The pool was pleasantly warm and we had it to ourselves. A free shuttle to the station is also a nice touch. Thank you very much! The only minor issues were the missing door in the shower, mentioned in other reviews, and the lack of bedside lamps—small details.
