Location room okay. No heating, sign over sink saying due to health and safety, water temperature lowered to 22degres actually says is luke warm, if you need it warm please boil a kettle, shower freezing, unable to use, could not get towels dry, says extra towels at a cost, disgusting, when I asked for the heating on was told, but its September?.gave me a blanket, the bed was slanted to one side, said it's the floor, I had to bung my clothes under edge of mattress to get it level, ive taken photo of the bathroom sign saying boil a kettle, I was told by Kevin landlord heating off because his heating bill is five hundred and fifty pounds a month and booking dot com take there cut, leaving it hard for him what a disaster, laid in bed freezing extra items over me to keep warm, and was made to feel my fault freezing, its September come earlier in the year be warmer. Overall a disaster
