The building and garden were beautiful, and the hosts were lovely and helpful. We would have liked another dinner option, but we understand that the menu changes daily.

A charming family‑run bed and breakfast. We had breakfast with the hosts, who were the kindest people and gave us great tips on places to visit and where to eat. We also toured the renovations of this old property.

I highly recommend Hôtel Particulier du 12. The location is ideal, the room is very comfortable, breakfast is good and plentiful, and the welcome is extremely warm. I will not hesitate to return if I have the chance to stay in Niort again.
