The pool was great, the restaurant staff welcomed us warmly, linens were clean, and the elevators handled luggage well, but the TV had no instructions.

The staff were amazing, the location is perfect, it felt very relaxing, the food was good, and after staying six times we won’t go anywhere else 😁

The cost‑performance was good, the pool and rooms were spacious and easy to use, the restaurant food was tasty, the smoking area was outside but had chairs which was nice, and there were good nearby restaurants. The room Wi‑Fi was weak, so I worked in the restaurant area. The frog noises were loud and kept me from sleeping, so I was moved to a room on the other side. The area is a bit of a walk to MAYA and a convenience store, which is tough during the day.
