The location is superb, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean and organized, the value for money is great, and the restaurant offers good options, though the breakfast area could be larger.

I loved the suite on the 49th floor: the bathtub and bed were superb, the internet worked fine and my plan covered it, the reception was a 10, and the housekeeping staff were very organized, also a 10, but the only thing I didn’t like was that when we left the car and returned, a staff car was parked at my door; the reception, Pedro, handled it by taking the car in a mocking manner, and he did the same on subsequent days.
