The place was spotless and looked beautiful; the only downside was that the space felt a bit small.

The view and balcony bathtub were absolutely stunning, and the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious while the family were incredibly kind; the housekeeper was also very friendly and quick to respond on messenger. As expected, there were a lot of bugs, especially at night and near the bed, but that’s hard to avoid; I’d suggest arranging transport because the location is quite remote (we were fine with walking, spending a few hours each day exploring nearby sights and then relaxing). It’s pricier than other Thai stays, but we loved it.

The views were amazing, the balcony bathtub and bathroom were spacious, tasteful, and clean. The narrow metal ladder to the loft bedroom isn’t suitable for kids or seniors.

The air was fresh and privacy was excellent; the family‑style accommodation felt very close‑knit. At night there were a few insects, but that’s natural.
