The location was good, but the air conditioning still had spots that weren’t clean.

The room was large, clean, and close to the ski slope.

- the staff were helpful - the onsen, especially the outdoor bath. I used it every night. - we booked two rooms, a small one and a big one, for our family of 5. There was plenty of space for our luggages, storage, and eating together - beds were comfy - rooms had a view - helpful laundry room - I used the lobby at night for my writing work. - dinner needs to be booked in advance and is quite expensive

The room was spacious and clean, and a bus could be caught right outside, yet the ski resort was a five‑minute walk away.
