The location is very good. Close to the university, the theatre and the tram stop. No drinking water. In the evening there is no possibility to leave the hotel and return. Respectively – no front door key or code is issued.

The spot is perfect, right in the heart of the city with its own parking spot!

The location is excellent. In the economy block we had to share the shower, toilet, and kitchen with other guests. The room is small, but the price is low and the staff is very friendly.

The staff didn’t speak Latvian, which made them rude and impolite. The rooms didn’t match the price – there was no toilet or shower. The furniture was non‑functional and unsuitable. The interior was bland and shabby. With some economical fixes, it could be improved.

The location was convenient. The room’s layout was acceptable, but the quality fell short. The whole building smelled strongly of stale food, especially in the third floor. The rooms weren’t cleaned. The room was cramped, even though the windows were open. There was no ventilation. The décor, furniture, and bed were old; the pillows were feathered, and everything was dirty, full of spiders and cobwebs. The corners of the walls and around the switches were filthy. The bedding was clean. The room’s door was hard to open, and the bathroom only had a set of towels for one person. To return later, you had to call the owner to unlock the front door. During check‑in, they took a photo of your ID.
