The Junior Double Room includes a private patio/terrace with a city view and an outdoor dining area. It sleeps two guests, provides air‑conditioning, heating, a flat‑screen TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD players, free Wi‑Fi, a socket near the bed with child‑safety covers, and wake‑up service. The en‑suite bathroom features a bath or shower, toilet, towels, hairdryer, free toiletries and optional extra towels or sheets for a fee; the upper floor is reachable only by stairs.

The staff were friendly and the location in the medina was great because everything was within walking distance. We had set a filter for a restaurant in our search, but there was none at the property. We also filtered for a pool, only to find Pool 1 was a decorative basin that couldn’t be used for swimming, and Pool 2 was a Jacuzzi that was unusable because it was very dirty. The room was extremely noisy, with street sounds continuing past midnight.
“Hermoso Ryad”
The Ryad was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and eager to help. The room was a bit dark because the windows were small.
I had a great experience with the staff and service, but I found the room equipment to be somewhat impractical and the overall price a bit steep.

The hotel’s proximity to the city center was convenient. The bathroom was too small, the spa wasn’t heated, the breakfast was unsatisfactory, and the room itself was cramped and poorly lit.
We had booked two rooms for four nights, but on the third night my daughters were moved into a damp room without our consent; we reported that the room was uninhabitable, received no solution, and the room’s owner refused to speak with us. My daughters ended up sleeping on the floor of our own room because the other was unusable, so we asked the manager for a refund for the last two nights, yet the owner accused us of bad faith and threatened to have us black‑listed. I’m now asking you to intervene with this failing provider. Mme AUBERT
