“Tem uma pessoa no hotel que acha que lhe hospedar é um favor que ela faz, uma mulher mandona”
The reception had an authoritarian woman who lacked empathy and sensitivity, giving a discourteous treatment—probably because she wore a field uniform—but the rest of the team was kind and cordial, which balanced the experience.
“Lamentável!”
We appreciated the service from the event staff member, probably named Gabriela, who welcomed us when we entered the room at night, and the housekeeper who was very polite and diligent, even finding a forgotten document folder after checkout and promptly informing Gabriela. We were grateful for their professionalism. On the downside, the receptionist, Luana, seemed annoyed and treated us with disdain. We arrived ten minutes before the hotel’s check‑in time (14:00) just to speed up paperwork and drop off our bags, but that apparently bothered her. This first impression was terrible. We had requested a quiet room but were placed next to a bar/area that was chaotic, with engines revving, loud music, motorcycle competitions, and heated discussions, waking us repeatedly during the night. We will never return; it was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in Brazil and abroad.
“Hospedagem nota 1000”
The room was excellent and clean. Reception staff were very attentive and helpful. The parking was secure, the shower was wonderful, and breakfast was very good.
The room was super comfortable. When I arrived, the parking next to the hotel was full because of an event in the hotel’s event hall, so I had to leave my car in the other lot across the street, which was also packed and muddy during the rain; I suggest prioritizing the secondary parking for events and reserving spots for guests in the main lot. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of options and good quality items, but everything was divided into large pieces, so guests would take small portions from each to avoid over‑serving, creating a mess on the plates. The large variety also seemed to produce a lot of leftovers, and some items didn’t look fresh. I recommend revising the menu to reduce waste and cost.
The hotel is well‑located, comfortable, with good service and very clean. Breakfast is good but could use more variety.
