When we arrived to check in, I had to call their customer‑service number because no one was there. On the phone they told us we couldn’t stay because they didn’t accept foreigners, even though they had already accepted our booking, and they wouldn’t help us find alternative accommodation. At 10 pm my wife, our two daughters and I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. We ended up sleeping on the floor somewhere. It’s disgusting how they treated us. There was no mention on the page that they wouldn’t accept foreigners. I cannot be more disappointed or angry about how they treated us.
