Very disappointing. Every time I stay at Vagabond, I have to chase them—by phone, text, or in person—to get my deposit back. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. This was my last stay, and I do not recommend the hotel.

The location was excellent, right next to the gallery shopping center, and the room was clean and quiet. The downside is that the room is small and dark, and the photo on the website was misleading.

The place was clean and spacious, with a great location near a shopping center, restaurants, and an easy trip to the wedding venue. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and soap were available, but no other amenities. Tea was offered at reception, but there was no way to make a cup of tea in the room. When I asked for a toothbrush at the front desk, they charged $6 for a disposable one—ridiculous.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel’s proximity to restaurants and the event venue was convenient, but the service left something to be desired; on the second night I couldn’t sleep because a smoke alarm chirped for over three hours, ruining my rest.
