The closeness to the venue for the event. The lights were broken, they never got fixed after letting them know several times. The room smelled like cigarettes

The washing machine was broken, the bathroom and shower layout was poor, and there was no breakfast.

The staff were very friendly, even the other guests were nice. The location was convenient for the town and close to many shopping spots, making it easy to get around. It was quiet, and we even brought our cat, who was welcome and litter‑trained. The only thing I didn’t like was that breakfast wasn’t served in the mornings; otherwise, it was awesome!
