Not clean like the photo. It's up an alley down a side road with druggys like a halfway home set up Someone bought a cheap unit and decided to make it an Airbnb, stayed 1 night then got out of that place quick

Nothing good at all. There was no TV, it smelled awful, it was dirty, there were no towels, no hot water, it hadn’t been cleaned, the neighbours were junkies shouting and swearing all night, and no one answered my calls or messages – absolutely disgusting!

The location was close to Adelaide city and attractions, but I arrived at 10 pm, went to the same address as the pub Rob Roy, and the staff had no idea about the accommodation. I walked around dark alleys alone, found an unsigned, unlit black gate, and struggled in the dark to unlock the security key box. When I finally got in so late, I wanted a nice cup of tea but there were no tea or coffee facilities. The hot water took a long time to heat and the shower pressure was weak. The rooms were windowless and felt like demountables. For more than $150 per night, this was disappointing.

The location was fine, but the shower/bathroom was terrible: water pressure was rubbish, hot water was lukewarm at best, the shower curtain was too high so the bathroom flooded when you shower. There was no fridge and the bin was too small.
