The reception area was clean, yet the rooms smelled bad, had many holes in the sheets, the light blew out, and there was no shower curtain. Toilet paper was scarce, the air‑con didn’t work properly, glasses and cups weren’t replaced, and an employee entered our room in the middle of the night with a key without knocking. Breakfast cost 50k—ridiculous.
