Amazing! We came for just one day of spring snowboarding, and the staff were so kind and generous. Breakfast was delicious and they couldn’t have been nicer. What a great location. It made our late‑spring snowboarding day really special. I’d definitely stay here again if we’re lucky enough to return to Obertauern.

From the very first moment we were welcomed warmly, and throughout our stay it was clear that the Bernhof team cares about guests enjoying their holiday. Requests were handled quickly and without hassle. After we left, we were thrilled to receive the laundry we had forgotten, sent to us unprompted. <3 I’ve stayed in many highly rated hotels where small issues often pop up, but with you everything really fit.

The staff were extremely polite, cheerful, enthusiastic. Everyone seemed very kind and full of energy and positivity. They really made you feel like they are genuinely happy to have you as a guest.
