The staff were incredibly friendly, the room came with high‑quality gear like A/C, a TV, and a kettle, and it was spotless with a super comfy bed. A small balcony added privacy, and the location a little off the main road kept the noise down. The breakfast was very good.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is basic but good, and the local restaurants—Dragonfly across the road—are really nice and affordable. The staff are lovely, and the stay was lovely.

The room was cozy at the bottom of the stairs, which made it dark but also a bit cooler. It faces a nice restaurant and is within walking distance of the waterfalls. We didn’t try the rinjani because of physical complaints, but we saw many people leaving from there. No food crumbs were left on the floor, though occasionally there were small piles of tiny ants, but they didn’t get into the bed or on the bags.

Clean, Netflix. Ideal location for young backpackers. Flexible refund because we decided to leave the premises after one night. There isn’t really anyone to welcome you, and the breakfast is very poor even though they try.
