I had a very negative experience. I strongly advise against staying here. I booked a renovated room with a modern design, as shown in the photos of the Suite on Booking, and even altered my travel itinerary to spend a night at this property based on those photos. Upon arrival, I was assigned—without any pre‑check‑in notice from the owner—a completely different room: old (90s, carpet, red upholstery), dated and much lower quality than what I paid for. The bed was especially uncomfortable, with springs, and there were two single beds joined together. The owner admitted the mistake, telling me she had freed that room and in a last‑minute scramble tried to re‑assign it, even using photos that didn’t match the room. Despite my first complaint, she offered no concrete solution. Instead, she trivialized the situation, claiming the room was still “nice” from her perspective because it had a bathroom, shower, and bed, and that it was spacious, insisting I accept it. After many insistences, she offered only a meager 20% discount, which I found absolutely inadequate. I ended up spending a night with my girlfriend in a room that didn’t match what I booked, and lost over four hours on the phone with Booking to finally get a full refund. This mishap not only ruined my vacation but made me feel mocked and treated with little seriousness, yet a lot of opportunism.

An ideal starting point for nearby and distant hikes. Breakfast and dinner are very good, and the service is excellent. Motorbike riders.

The view of the mountains was great, and the sauna even surpassed what we expected. The terrace is nicely positioned, letting us sit comfortably, enjoy the scenery, and sip good drinks. However, the garage didn’t have enough spots for all the motorcycles, and at dinner there was never a vegetarian option, especially for the main course, so the food didn’t quite hit our taste.
