I must commend the staff for allowing me to check in at almost 2 am, which was greatly appreciated after my 17-hour bus journey. However, my stay was marred by the poor condition of the facilities, which were far from what I expected. The photos on the website were misleading, and the actual state of the place was shabby and run-down. I can only assume that the remote location and lack of guests contribute to the lack of maintenance.

I was thoroughly disappointed with the state of the room and bathroom, which were extremely dirty even considering the price I paid. Unfortunately, this was the only aspect of my stay that left a negative impression.

“Nice place to stay !”

I was pleasantly surprised by this place, which turned out to be a great find despite our late arrival. The owners were waiting for us, and the room had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, hot water, and a nice patio. However, the location was a bit far from the city center, but using Grab made it more manageable.

“Hmm , gitulah”

Initially, the place was very comfortable, but unfortunately, things have changed for the worse. The cleanliness and organization have deteriorated, with a broken shower, dirty floor, and many stains on the tiles. The noise from outside was also a significant issue, as the room was not well-insulated. To make matters worse, there was a mix-up with our booking, and we had to wait for over an hour to check in. The owner's response was unprofessional, leaving us feeling like beggars.

“Liburan di lampung”

The food was decent, and I appreciated having hot water in the bathroom. However, there were several issues with the room, including a lack of soap refills, a broken shower, and extremely thin blankets. To make matters worse, we were only provided with one towel for a room that could accommodate two people.
