The service was excellent and friendly. The atmosphere was cozy, family‑friendly, and quiet. It perfectly matched the “boutique” concept it offers. The facilities were in perfect condition, rooms had beautiful views, breakfast was varied, and everything was very tidy and immaculate in terms of cleanliness and presentation. The attention to detail was evident.

The location was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good. The owners, Kitty and George (Jorge), attended us. George appeared while we were having breakfast with two printed maps and recommendations for our single day in Valdivia, and importantly he gave us a tip on where to park our car in town. Kitty also greeted us and suggested her favorite restaurants.

Everything was perfect overall, starting with the hospitality, friendliness, and concern for providing an excellent stay, which pleasantly surprised us. Cleanliness was another key factor. Breakfast was wonderful for all tastes, very varied and delicious, the raspberry and blueberry kuchen was spectacular, and the eggs were prepared with such care. Truly 200% recommended.
