We arrived late, but the staff kept waiting for us, the room was fragrant and spotless, the mini bar offered free water, drinks, and small bottles of wine, and toiletries and disposable items were plentiful with daily cleaning; the staff also sent us local recommendations and guides. Access to the room required passing the downstairs main gate, the apartment gate, and the room door, making it feel very secure. The apartment’s location was fantastic, just over a hundred meters from the metro station, so walking to the city was easy, and there was a famous pizza place nearby that we ate at three times over four days. Walking to the Vatican was also possible. The neighborhood was quiet, and the soundproofing seemed adequate since other guests were also quiet. Overall, everything was perfect.

The room was lovely and the bath products were surprisingly great, better than any I've had in hotels. The elevator was too small, so if you’re traveling with someone else, you’ll need to take separate trips through it.

The modern room had all the necessary features for this type of accommodation and trip, the location was calm with plenty of transport options to all of Rome and to Fiumicino airport, and excellent restaurants were less than a five‑minute walk from the property.

Check‑in was very warm, the room was described in detail, and later I received a lot of useful information via WhatsApp; the recommended breakfast and dinner restaurants were authentic and tasty. The next day the bath mat had many mold spots and was dirty; I suggest hiring a different cleaning company.
