The owner, Ms. Grace, responds quickly. The guards are very approachable. The unit is good, everything you need is there, there is wifi, and the door has double security. The room has no lock but that’s fine; the aircon isn’t very cool even when set correctly; the bed sheets have stains (maybe they use ointments or oils). No one assisted us during check‑in.
