“Overpriced,unfriendly staff,Has potential to be a nice place.Such a shame”
The bed was comfy. The staff were rude; they charged us 7 euros for a city tax without a receipt, even though we had already paid. The woman at the restaurant was visibly annoyed when we asked to order food and drinks at 18.20pm—her expression said it all. The bedding was damp. The reception team were on their phones while trying to book us in, and they tried to bill us for free parking. When we said we were leaving, they just shrugged and said it was okay.
