The entrance is right by the bus stop, so transportation is relatively convenient. I stayed in a room that includes a bathroom, and the value for money is better than other nearby options. Initially the water was a bit yellow, but it cleared up after a short run; some areas were not cleaned thoroughly.

The owner’s wife, who is from Singapore and speaks fluent English, made communication very easy. The hotel is old, so the equipment and maintenance could be better, but the location near Naeba ski resort is excellent. The owner and his wife are gentle and kind. Maintenance, however, needs a lot of improvement.

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great every morning. The hotel is close to the ski resort, restaurants, and other amenities. I liked it overall.

The location is good, the room is huge for two people, the hosts are super nice, and ski lift tickets are discounted. The place could use a deep clean; there are too many display items everywhere—plastic plants, figurines, etc.—and reducing them would make maintenance easier and reduce clutter.
