We arrived quite late, and they met us at the front desk to check us in. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. The rooms were very modern and impeccably clean. The nights of rest during our travels were wonderful.

The rooms were freshly renovated and parking was a breeze, but the ceiling fan in room 1 made a little squeaky noise.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Orchard at Oliver. The location was very calm, peaceful, and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind. The property also had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing experience. Overall, the cleanliness of the property was good. However, a few amenities could use a more thorough deep cleaning. For example, the inside of the microwave was quite dirty, so we were unable to use it during our stay. Also, the water in the bathtub did not drain properly, which was a little inconvenient. Addressing these few issues would make the overall stay even better

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the climate control plus ceiling fan worked well. There were occasional odd noises, and it was hard to tell if they came from neighbors or were a systemic issue.
