RedDoorz near Stasiun Senen

“i just stayed here for one night. won’t come to any RedDoorz property again. first and last”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a letdown. The room was in a deplorable state, with dirty bedsheets and a floor that seemed to have been neglected for a while. The air inside the room was stale and had an unpleasant smell. To top it off, the hotel only accepts cash payments, which was inconvenient for me.

I was initially drawn to the hotel's affordable price and excellent location, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a multitude of issues. The room was dirty, with stains on the walls, bedding, and pillows, and it had a strong unpleasant odor. I also spotted cockroaches and the towels smelled terrible. The noise level was excessive, and I could smell cigarette smoke. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, but the staff were incredibly kind and friendly.

The air conditioning was a welcome respite from the heat, but unfortunately, it was the only redeeming quality of my stay. The sheets were dirty, covered in hair and numerous stains, which was a major turn-off.

The hotel's proximity to the train station and the friendly staff were definite positives, and the fact that the entire property is under video surveillance gave me a sense of security. However, our bed was not changed, and the towels were dirty, which we promptly reported to the staff. They rectified the issue, and the room was improved, but not entirely satisfactory.
