We had trouble accessing the apartment and didn’t get the support we needed; the room curtain was broken, the place was dirty and noisy, and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. When I was leaving I saw a lady cleaning, but unfortunately the accommodation wasn’t in good condition.

The location and easy check‑in/check‑out were great, and the room was a good size, but there were no mirrors in the rooms, making it take longer to get ready; when the toilet is shared it should be used more quickly; the room blinds didn’t work and the windows had no curtains.

The room was clean, easy to get to, and spacious, but it faced a busy street and the window let in all the traffic noise, especially cars and motorbikes at night, so I forgot my earplugs…
