The place is perfect for a quick visit to Tour des Combins Pub/bar in the village, the pizza was great, and the hotel itself was solid—just a bit tired in the chalet annexes.

Overall, the property is decent; breakfast is simple, the room is spacious, the natural surroundings are nice for hiking but a bit isolated, the staff is warm, and the dinner food is a bit heavy. The stay‑charge of €9.36 per night per person, the €33.50 tunnel fee (which could be avoided), and the Swiss reception especially toward French guests are drawbacks.
