Great, Francesco, the room was clean and welcoming, and the food was excellent. Nothing to complain about.

We stayed inside the oldest building, with a view of the mountain roofs and the sea—absolutely beautiful! We wanted an experience immersed in Calabrian life, its rhythms and habits, and we got it. We got lost chatting at the village bar, wandered through Belmonte’s alleys finding only smiles and hospitality, and we exercised by climbing and descending countless steps. I expected a more served and better-equipped kitchen, but if you’re not cooking, just go to the trattoria under the house and you’re sorted.

The owner and the waiter were very friendly, and that’s all.

Located in a very picturesque village with a terrace overlooking the town’s rooftops and the sea, the property itself is clean and well-equipped, but it sits in the center of the small town which unfortunately feels abandoned by those who should manage it; the alleys are dirty and quite filthy.

The village is enchanting, but the digital TV was not working.
