The room was cozy and clean, with usable outdoor space and convenient parking. Unfortunately, there was a lack of communication during check‑in, causing about an hour’s wait before we could access our room, even though we had repeatedly informed the hotel of our arrival time via the Booking chat without receiving responses. Only with the help of the platform’s customer service was the situation resolved, which fortunately ended well.

Solo la posizione che ti dava la possibilità di raggiungere facilmente il mare e le altre località vicine. Non c'è stata la possibilità di farsi una doccia in santa pace perché in qualunque modo posizionavi il miscelatore l'acqua cambiava temperatura passando da bollentissima a ghiacciata in pochissimi secondi. Ogni giorno la stanza era piena di formiche nonostante non venissero consumati pasti all'interno della camera, quindi passavo il pomeriggio a pulire il pavimento dalle formiche. Inoltre il materasso era molto duro quindi riposo zero. Infine sicuramente la stanza non era stata revisionata prima della consegna perché era un po' impolverata e tra gli shampoo sulla mensola c'è n'era uno già aperto ( questo perché ci avevano precedentemente sbagliato la stanza, avevamo prenotato una tripla e una doppia e ci avevano dato due doppie, quindi nel cambio ci è capitata la stanza in quello stato) La cosa più brutta è stata che nonostante abbiamo comunicato il disagio soprattutto della doccia non è venuto nessuno a risolvere il problema,ci hanno risposto bè avete risolto? Come se potessimo risolvere noi un problema idraulico. Non guarderò più le recensioni quando prenoterò una stanza perché è in base a quelle che avevo scelto la struttura

The balcony with a small lounge and a drying rack was great. The water suddenly turned icy during the shower even though the mixer was set to the middle.
