The hotel complex and park were absolutely beautiful, the wellness area excellent, and the fish cuisine very good. The staff, reception and other personnel were very friendly; I really relaxed over the two days. It's a shame we couldn't stay longer. Everything pleased us, just a bit too expensive for us, and we would gladly return with a good offer.

The view and location were lovely, and Thun town was easy to reach; the spa offered a great view, though breakfast could have been better.

The location was very beautiful and the spa was extraordinary 🩷, but the Junior Suite had two sleeping areas that were only separated by a curtain.

The hotel boasts a wonderful lakeside location, a super SPA, friendly and helpful staff, and great cuisine. The bathroom, however, has a bathtub and only a handheld shower, which feels outdated.

The hotel is very lovingly furnished and the staff friendly, with a wonderful location and a large, well‑maintained park. However, the room info on Booking com. showed a balcony; we chose a Seeblick room and got one without a balcony, which was very disappointing.
