The room was very nice and comfortable. Walking to the main city area takes about 20‑30 minutes. It would be better if two key cards were provided; every time my husband wanted to go out alone, the other person had to come down to open the main door. Other than that, everything was great.

The camera is brand new, fully functional and perfect. The location is convenient, just 4/5 minutes to the center of Cagliari. The room is quiet and comfortable, with all the necessities for the stay. Cosa assurda!!! The handle for opening the elevator door from the second floor is missing, but it is irrelevant compared to the quality of the environment.

Parking is in the courtyard, the rooms are very new and beautiful, the bathroom is very nice, everything is uncomplicated and well described 😀. The only small issue: in one of our rooms the air‑conditioner from outside was louder inside the room.

The room is splendid, welcoming, the bed is super comfortable, the spacious jacuzzi with shower is fully equipped with all comforts and good coffee. The Sunday wake‑up by the cleaning ladies who were banging and shouting at 9.50 in the morning (we chose the place to rest without a wake‑up) and unfortunately early Monday morning works were ongoing, not the fault of the location but sadly the stay was not good for these reasons.

The accommodation is very clean, the room facilities are very modern and newly renovated. The dryer broke, we mentioned it and that same morning they brought another. Parking is easy, but keep in mind it is a bit far from the center.
