“Me surpreendeu em todos os aspectos!”
Everything was perfect.
The pool was great, the room was comfy, Anna was wonderful and helpful, and the location was great; all good.
The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, from Mrs. Clara to Tatiana, and even Mohamed, the cleaning lady, were fantastic; you really feel at home.
The welcome was super friendly; Anna at the reception was amazing.
Thank you so much to everyone at Urban Bliss, a perfect 10! Anna, your warm and lovely welcome was truly appreciated.
