The Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan / Soho features air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, and tea and coffee makers. Located near Greenwich Village, it offers on-site dining at Table 181, a Starbucks, and a fitness room. The hotel is a 1-minute walk from the Houston Street subway station and 2 miles from the Empire State Building.

The décor is nice and the new amenities are a plus. The rooms were squeaky clean. The location is great and the price is good. The staff were courteous and professional. Parking is offsite – convenient for people with disabilities or limited mobility, but we had to walk a couple of blocks and paid $60 for 15 hours after the hotel discount. There is no restaurant on site. Breakfast is not offered; the only option is to buy individual items at the front desk. We chose the city‑view room, but it wasn’t as good as expected – we ended up facing a large building.

The place is okay, but the lack of a restaurant is disappointing. The rooms are fine and the value for money is decent. There is no restaurant and no room service, and overall the rooms are just okay.

Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was tiny, the pet fees exorbitant - highest I've paid in my life by a factor of 4, and the room was so much more tiny than the photos suggested
