“Uitvalsbasis voor een dagje Stelvio fietsen. Fantastisch.”
The location and dinner were truly outstanding; the village itself is very relaxed and worth a visit, and nothing else bothered me.

The rooms were small and lovely, but I would have liked not just bread for breakfast but also rolls.

Our bike ride along the Via Claudia Augusta got a visual boost with a stop in Glurns, but staying at the Flurin put the finishing touch on the day. This remarkable house not only kept every promise but went beyond them. With just six uniquely designed rooms, the boutique feel is intimate, personal and family‑like, blending historic architecture with modern design and meticulous detail. The tiny kitchenette’s fine selection and the premium bathroom toiletries show the emphasis on quality, and the overall design is cohesive and expertly executed. Mornings began with a lovingly prepared, top‑quality breakfast that was healthy, local and homemade—simply tasty. The on‑site fine‑dining restaurant fills up every evening, drawing people from all over the tiny South Tyrolean town, and reservations are essential. Our favorite was the tavern, where we enjoyed honest, high‑level local cuisine; the truffle pasta was absolutely sensational. Glurns itself, with its medieval walls, is a dreamy stop for cyclists, and the Flurin feels like a magical place worth returning to—my wholehearted recommendation.
