The food overall was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and especially helpful; everything is very generously provided. It’s great that the hotel offers a free charging station for e‑cars, but the system isn’t managed well. For example, a guest booked a wall‑box slot for three days, leaving no other charging option; charging takes about four to five hours, so the wall‑box could be scheduled for several cars. The reception staff may also need training on this. They tried to contact the user but couldn’t reach them, which is a problem as electric cars become more common.

The location, staff, spa area, and food were all great, but there was no kettle in the room – that should eventually become standard in this hotel category.
