The place was very clean and the service was genuinely excellent; I just wish there were a self‑service laundry facility.

I sent an email, wrote a note in the box to contact them and request a refund for serious health reasons, but no one ever responded. I also emailed the medical certificate, still no reply! For you, 400 euros is nothing, but for me it’s half a salary—abysmal.

The room was clean and the luggage storage was good, but the value for money didn’t match the convenience offered.

The staff were friendly and the bedding was the best I’ve ever had. The rooms weren’t ready even when I returned at 6 am, but overall it was a good stay.

The food was tasty, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. In the morning avocado toast, we found a piece of hard plastic; we fed that to our child too. The staff apologized but didn’t offer a refund for the dish, nor any compensation. Overall, the impression was mediocre.
