“Relaxing stay in the hills!”
I booked a few nights at Oinochori while working in Nicosia to enjoy quiet, cool air and still be close to the south coast and mountains, and it delivered. The rustic apartment was in the upper half of what used to be shared accommodation for a farming family and their cattle. I stayed in May when one taverna was open in town and a small shop was half‑operational, but Vouni was not busy that season. Andros gave me a full fruit bowl, but you should bring your own breakfast. The sitting area is great, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there are two balconies—one sunny, one less so. Nothing was lacking.
