From the moment the staff greeted us, the whole team kept us safe, helped with our luggage, and offered 24‑hour parking. The housekeeping was outstanding, tidying the room even though we left it a bit messy, and the free shuttle to Siriraj Hospital and Krungthon Hospital was fantastic. The nearby Siriraj River and Prangnok Market were easy to reach and full of food options.

We were in transit, so a short layover worked well! The room was clean, the staff professional, and the wifi fast. Nothing specific to blame, we were neither impressed nor disappointed. The hotel lacked real soul; the room décor was overly minimalistic (for instance, no bedside table), and the ultra‑busy neighborhood doesn’t add to the hotel’s appeal, but nothing was outright negative.

Honestly, nothing at all, only the staff were nice. No hot water, and mold was everywhere in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and the room was lovely. It’s close to the train station in Kanchanaburi. I could leave large luggage there for a small fee and just take a small bag on the train for a few days in Kanchanaburi.
