The TVs were decent, but bed bugs on the mattress forced me to leave after just one night, and bugs in the shower made it impossible to stay longer.

Man konnte das Fenster öffnen und die Unterkunft ist von hohen Bäumen umgeben. Es gab Kakerlaken und eine Art Mietvertrag hat man bekommen bei der Anmeldung, geputzt wurde nicht, für eine kurze Zeit geht die Unterkunft dennoch

The room was infested with dead insects that hadn’t been cleaned out properly; I asked for a vacuum, they came and vacuumed, yet the dead insects remained. The cleaner was bad and the manager was bad. I showed ten live insects from the bed to the toilet and explained that I couldn’t stay because they would crawl out of a hole. I was promised a refund that same day but never received it, even after several weeks. I had to file a claim with my bank. The staff here were also useless; the last time I booked through that platform I thought I had better protection. The hotel tried to keep my money despite a written promise to refund. I missed my press conference because I had to check out urgently and check back into an expensive apartment.

I liked the upgraded room; it was much nicer than the traditional room that had roaches. The guests were very friendly. I love that no one can smoke inside the building. I was told housekeeping would come on Wednesday, but that never happened. I extended my stay an additional week and was told housekeeping would come on Monday, which didn’t happen. The washer stole my $2.75. The couple next door has a toddler who screams and runs up and down the hall during quiet hours. I had to take multiple bags of trash to the dumpsters. My bathroom was filthy at check‑in. You only get one roll of toilet paper and three hand towels at check‑in. You cannot get additional toilet paper or towels.
